1. The zips on top both came ripped open. Is this defect or normal?

Our zips are designed to have double zipper system which add strength to the bag under load, allows you to lock the bag, unzip a small part of the bag, and it works for both left and right handed people. We chose Alloy zippers to last, rather than plastic zippers. Lubrication could smoothen the zipping, especially after every washing.

The default zip position does not mean that zip has been ripped apart or faulty. All you need to do is to unzip the zipper to the end and zip it close again. Do this for both sides of the zips. All our bags have gone through inspections. Any defects, we would gladly replace them.

2. Bag is too small for my 10lb doggy.

The carriers are designed to hold small dogs or cats up to 18lbs. However, a good gauge to how big a dog can fit depend on it's body measurement.

Do measure you pet size before purchasing.

We had done load tests to confirm that the pet weight could hold up to 22lbs but customers are advised to avoid over-loading for you and your dog safety on the road.

3. How to secure my dog from jumping out?

We had installed a collar strap with buckle to secure your pet from jumping out of the pet bag during cycling. Please ensure it is properly buckled and pull the strap to a comfortable length to prevent your pet from getting out.

4. It doesn't sit on the bike no matter what you do! Not sturdy as described!

These 6 POINTS are required to be secured if you are maximizing the load in the bag. Make sure all straps are pull tight for maximum security. This definitely will increase your pet load even up to 22lbs.
